Review of Heavenly, United States

"Another Heavenly morning"

reviewed by Paul *

I’m an experienced skier and have visited Heavenly from the uk about 10 times. We’ve always had a fantastic holiday & would love to revisit again one day. There’s loads of good pisted runs suitable for all types of skiers and runs like Gunbarrrel, Mott and Kilbrew canyons will test even the strongest skiers. There’s loads of places in the trees within the ski area that you can ski too. Off the mountain South Lake Tahoe has a wide variety of hotels, restaurants and other places that you might need within walking distance of the main gondola, unlike a lot of US resorts. The après ski isn’t as wild as in Europe but still great fun.

* Advanced, with friends, who skis and goes off-piste, multiple visits
