Skiing

Terry Peak boasts a summit elevation of 7,100 feet and a vertical drop of 1,000 feet. The resort features a variety of runs, including the popular 'Gold Rush' and 'Blackjack', serviced by lifts such as the 'Terry Peak Chairlift' and 'Main Street Express'.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Terry Peak is Laramie, 66 minutes drive away.

Denver International airport is also within three hours drive.

Laramie is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

To reach Terry Peak, fly into Rapid City Regional Airport, which is about 50 miles away. From there, take Highway 44 west and connect to Highway 385 for a scenic drive to the resort.

The five ski lifts are able to uplift 5,400 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, with 30 snow cannons.
