Standard Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
All of the Standard Rooms have their own private bathroom with complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi and an LED TV. Some of these rooms overlook Parkers Piece.
Executive Room (Twin/Double, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)
Large rooms featuring views of Parker's Piece. An LED TV, bathrobes, free Wi-Fi and filtered water are also included. All rooms come with a zip-and-link super king-size bed which can be split into 2 single beds if required.
Third-Floor Executive Room (Apartment, Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Large rooms featuring a balcony with views of Parker's Piece. An LED TV, bathrobes, free Wi-Fi and filtered water are also included. All rooms come with a zip-and-link super king-size bed which can be split into 2 single beds if required. Please note, children under 14 years of age cannot be accommodated in this room.
Small Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom)

Classic Double Room (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
A hotel room at its finest. Offering a private bathroom, with rain shower and complimentary toiletries. The Classic is… classic. You’ll have a TV, mini-fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities with you, so you can enjoy the view of the city or Parker’s Piece with a hot drink. The Classic features a comfy standard double bed, with soft Egyptian cotton sheets.
Park facing Studio (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
Face the pretty Parkers Piece and enjoy the unique view. The perfectly placed studio apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette including combination microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and fridge. And we’re sure you’ll love the king-sized bed. Please note that photographs are of one specific Park facing studio. Each room differs slightly in size and configuration, owing to the character of the building and it's age. Park facing studios begin from 14 sq m.
City facing Studio (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
If you’re ready to be immersed in Cambridge, The City is for you. You’ll overlook the lively Regent Street, home to chain and independent restaurants, shops, and cafés. The surprisingly quiet studio apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchenette including combination microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and fridge. And we’re sure you’ll love the king-sized bed. Please note that photographs are of one specific City facing studio. Loft Studio with Balcony (Sleeps 2, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom)
The most exclusive studio apartments in The Regent. Not only does The Loft have views of Parkers Piece, it also has a private balcony. Whether you’re an early riser or evening cocktail kind of person, you’ll be one of the few people along Regent Street to look out over Parker’s Piece from three stories up. The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette including combination microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and fridge.
