In the heart of Liverpool's city centre, the luxury Posh Pads (Liverpool 1) Apart-Hotel is just metres from Liverpool ONE. The historic Casartelli building was built in 1790, and the hallways have marble flooring and granite walls.
Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Posh Pads - Liverpool 1 - Apart-Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult. Bookings of 3 or more apartments are considered group bookings and a 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be debited from the guest's card at the time of booking. Please note the entrance to the car park is steep. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.

Executive Penthouse Apartment (Sleeps 4, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms)
Our Presidential Executive Penthouse on the 6th floor with a Large open plan living space with a small balcony off the dining area. 2 bedrooms one with en-suite shower / 2 bathrooms. also Our Pink Penthouse set over two floors with Large Master bedroom and en-suite upstairs and Double bedroom and second bathroom Downstairs. Cosy living area with a separate Kitchen and breakfast bar that leads onto an L shaped Balcony with seating. *Please be aware when booking, the system will automatically pick one of the above for you based on availability.

These apartments offer one large bedroom featuring a king-size bed, two put-up beds and an en suite while the second bedroom has two single beds.
