Situated 18 minutes’ walk from Torquay’s town centre ,award winning beach , conference centre and 30 minute walk to our beautiful harbour with its plentiful restaurants.
Important Information
Please inform Burleigh House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. -Full Terms and conditions are provided on your confirmation email, and we ask you to familiarise yourself with these. -Check in is from 4pm until 7pm, check in is not possible after this time & check out is by 10am. -We are unable to accommodate wedding, stag and hen parties or young farmers. Our car park is not suitable for vans and low ground clearance vehicles may struggle. Breakfast is served from 7.45 -8.45 -We operate a strict no-smoking no vaping policy throughout the building -We ask that takeaways and hot food are not to be consumed in guests rooms.
