Situated on the Esterel Massif, this resort is set at the heart of 210 hectares of preserved gardens overlooking Agay Bay.
Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Village Pierre & Vacances Cap Esterel - Saint Raphaël Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Mon 31 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Reception opening hours: Every day except Saturday: from 09:00 to 20:00 - Saturday: 08:00 to 21:00. The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, bathroom linen, cleaning kit, Wifi Basic Access, charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee), pool area, playing fields (basketball/football/bowls/ping pong) and standard entertainment (fitness, contests, parties). End-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area) is included. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that access to the tennis court and archery is at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Contact Booking customer service for all requests for changes and cancellations of your reservation. Reminder : If you have booked a "Non-refundable" rate, the stays booked are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor modifiable. No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
