Featuring an Olympic-size swimming pool, 4 tennis courts, 2 padel courts, Poiano Resort Appartamenti is set on 60 hectares of private land. Set in the green hills around Garda, it is 2 km from the lake shore.

The Poiano Resort's sports facilities include a five-a-side football pitch, volleyball court and private tennis/golf/padel lessons, as well as a golf course where private lessons can be taken. There is also a gym with personal trainers and a brand new wellness centre with sauna, steam bath, lagoon with lake views and beauty treatments.

All flats have a terrace or balcony. Each has a living room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette.

Surrounded by palm trees and vineyards, the property also includes a mini-market and a children's playground. The staff organises sports tournaments during the day and live music and entertainment in the evenings.
