Built in 1908 this refurbished heritage villa is located in a quiet, upmarket area of town.
Restaurants and cafes and the main shopping areas and parks are within a 15 minutes' walk
The extensive gardens with several water features are home to a variety of birds.
All water to the property is filtered, and guests are welcome to use the organically grown fruits and herbs. Breakfast is optional for the two self-contained studios but included for the B&B guests staying on the top floor of the main house.
