Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Hotel Lloret Santa Rosa by Pierre & Vacances in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. ARRIVAL: 24H Reception Tourist Taxes will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government law, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival. SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 33€) When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. (1 pet per room) When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. Daily cleaning. Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable.
