Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for arrivals after 21 hours an extra cash charge of 40 euros is charged. Due to the drought that Spain and, especially Andalusia, are experiencing, the possibility of using and enjoying the swimming pools is subject to the regulations determined at each time of the year by the corresponding authorities (municipal, provincial and autonomous community).
