Kiruna boasts the stunning Kebnekaise mountain range nearby, with ski areas like Riksgränsen and Björkliden offering diverse runs. How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Kiruna is Kiruna, 18 minutes drive away.

Harstad/Narvik airport is also within three hours drive.

Kiruna is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

To reach Kiruna, fly into Kiruna Airport (KRN), which is well-connected to major cities. Alternatively, take a scenic train ride from Stockholm, offering stunning views of the Swedish countryside.

The three ski lifts are able to uplift 2,500 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, on 3km 2 miles of ski runs, with 2 snow cannons.
