Skiing
Falls Creek's generally south-facing slopes hold onto the snow and often offers powder skiing.
The ski area includes Sun Valley, The Maze and Village Bowl. There are cornices, steeps and moguls - for experts - around the sides of the Bowl and easier skiing to and at the base. The best of the off-piste can be accessed from The Maze, with lines among the gum trees!
There are a variety of pistes to suit all levels of skier ability, from Beginner to Expert.
Snowboarding
Popular with snowboarders, Falls Creek has a 600m boarder-cross course on Headwater trail next to the half-pipe, and a snow park with various features. A choice of runs allows excellent carving or free-riding.
