How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Mount Baw Baw is Canberra, 78 minutes drive away.

Mount Baw Baw is accessible via the Baw Baw Alpine Resort Road from Melbourne, approximately a 2.5-hour drive. Visitors can take the M1 and then the C511 for a scenic route to the resort.

When is Mount Baw Baw open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is Early June, and usual closing is Mid Sept.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

Aprés Ski

After a day on the slopes, visitors can unwind at the Baw Baw Alpine Hotel or enjoy a meal at the Summit Restaurant. The resort also offers cozy bars for a relaxed evening atmosphere.
