Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. In 2023 we are upgrading our car park lifts. Guests may find that usual points of access have been diverted. These changes and any alternative routes will be clearly signposted. Accessible routes will be available at all times. Luggage can be dropped at Reception at the Main Doors before you take your car to the car park where hotel assistance will be provided if required. Due to the bars nearby and the lively nightlife of Nottingham, you can expect some noise in certain rooms. If you are a light sleeper, we suggest you use the ear plugs.
