Reservation is needed, to pre-arrange please contact the property. The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. There should be a charge for the thermal suite : - guests with treatment (access is included in the price) - guests without treatment (£20 per person) - non-residents without treatment (£30.00 per person hourly) Our wellness centre is complimentary access for residents, strongly advise to prebook the thermal suite to avoid disappointment.
