Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. * Please note that in the 3 bedroom Chalets, the bedroom n°3 is a mezzanine accessible by a steep staircase. * Please note that the chalets are part of a hotel hamlet, where some spaces are shared, such as the garden for example. Please note bed linen and towels can be provided by the property with a supplement of 20 EUR per person per stay. Or you can bring your own.
