Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can either bring their own or rent them onsite, if this request is made before arrival. Linen and towel rental costs EUR 20 per person, per week and a mandatory linen change takes place once a week. Please note that the mandatory city tax applies only to guests over the age of 18. Please note that guests bringing pets must mention this at the time of booking in the Special Requests box. Up to 2 pets can be accommodated per unit and an extra charge of EUR 35 per pet per week will be requested upon check-in. Please note that in July and August, check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00 and from 15:00 to 18h off season.
