Swimming pool is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Fri 24 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our natural grass is being replaced by synthetic grass due to recent watering restrictions, likely to occur again with the rapid climate change. -The overall capacity of the villa is 8 of which 6 adults accommodated in 3 bedrooms and additional bunked beds(2) in a kid's room. -The hot tub can be used at the extra cost of 150 euros /week.
