Villa Bolgheri Mare è composta da una villa ottocentesca di circa 500 mq, con camere con bagni en-suite, 3 grandi zone relax e zona pranzo; una dependance indipendente con accesso dal giardino con 2 camere e 1 bagno, piccolo angolo cottura e angolo pranzo; un cottage con 2 camere con 2 bagni en suite grande soggiorno e cucina, ingresso indipendente direttamente dal giardino. Nel grande giardino che circonda la proprietà è presente una tettoia di 50 mq per i pasti all'aperto e barbecue. Il mare della costa degli Etruschi dista 3,5 chilometri, il famoso borgo di Bolgheri con i suoi pregiati vini e le sue cantine dista 10 chilometri, il Golfo di Baratti e i suoi siti archeologici 24 chilometri, le terme di Venturina 16 chilometri, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca sono raggiungibili in meno di un'ora di auto.
