Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Minors under 16 years old cannot access the spa. Minors from 16 to 18 years old can only enter the spa if accompanied by an adult. It is mandatory to wear a hat and flip-flops in the facilities. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. As with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights. Only one dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (upon request). Supplement of €25 night/animal and deposit of €200. Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. People under 18 years of age can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians.
