A&A Brothers -The Apartments- S'Agaró is located within a 25-minute walk of Platja d'Aro. These stylish 2-bedroom apartments are set next to Sant Pol Bay in S'Agaró.

Each apartment has a kitchen area with an oven, microwave and washing machine. Living rooms come with a dining table, sofa, flat-screen TV and WiFi. Two of the apartments have 2 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms - and 2 bathrooms; and the other apartment has 1 double bedroom. Private balconies overlook the beach.

Cycling, golf, tennis and water sports are popular in the surrounding area. Girona is a 30-minute drive from A&A Brothers -The Apartments- S'Agaró, while Figueres is within an hour’s drive. Barcelona is 110 km from the property. You can reach many of the Costa Brava’s beaches within 20 minutes by car.

Persons under the age of 18 can only stay if accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians.

Please note that you must indicate before booking to choose the type of apartment. The maximum allowance is one pet per apartment, and you must provide details on the breed, weight, and age of your pet. Spanish legislation requires pet owners to have civil liability insurance for their pets, and you must send a copy to the property manager via email. The pet fee is €35 per day and per animal, while the special disinfection and anti-allergy treatment fee is €90 per stay.

Guests must present a valid photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Parking is subject to availability as spaces are limited. Bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations are not allowed at this property. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are requested to avoid excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.

A €500 damage deposit will be required. The property will charge this amount a few days before arrival via credit card. The deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, once the accommodation has been inspected.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
