Apartment on the 1st floor of the villa, with capacity for 4/5 people. There is another apartment next door with the same capacity. The 2 apartments can be rented for 2 families. The entrance is in common, as well as the swimming pool, the barbecue and the washing machine. The villa is located 100 m. from the sea. The owners live downstairs. The apartment has an area of 50 m2, 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and 1 folding bed), 1 shower room, living room, fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your breakfasts on the terrace facing the sea and your dinners on the terrace facing the mountain. Wifi connection. You can park your car on the property. The villa is located in a residential area just in front of the sea. You can access the coves (sand in the water) for swimming or sunbathing. The center of St Carles de la Rapita, with its stores and different beaches is at 5 min. by car (2,5 km). In our surroundings you can enjoy the coves, the sandy beaches, the 25 km long Trabucador beach, the natural park of the Ebro Delta, with its birds, flamingos and rice fields. For mountain lovers there are several routes with spectacular views of the sea.
