A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You will experience higher than normal noise levels from the stadium that is being built directly behind the building. We have provided earplugs and a white noise machine. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is a central location and prone to noise from nightlife, construction, and the nearby airport. They are still open for use, but will not be heated. There is no cable. The Double Room with Terrace has a daybed instead of a regular bed. Valet parking is available 24 hours with in and out privileges. Please keep in mind that any oversized vehicles will be charged for parking. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.
