Skiing

The Gaberl ski area reaches elevations of up to 1,800 meters, with a variety of runs spanning both wooded areas and open slopes. Notable pistes include the family-friendly 'Schwarze Tal' and the challenging 'Alpbach,' with essential lifts like the Gaberl Chairlift and the Grenzlift ensuring easy access to the entire mountain.

Gaberl offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to Gaberl is Graz, 62 minutes drive away.

Klagenfurt, Linz, Vienna, Ljubljana, Zagreb and Salzburg airports are all within three hours drive.

Graz is just one hours drive away, in good driving conditions, so you can be on the piste quickly.

Accessing Gaberl is straightforward, with major airports like Graz and Klagenfurt within a two-hour drive. Enjoy scenic routes through the Alps, ensuring a delightful journey to your ski destination.
