Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Please inform Riverbend Homestead in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to AUD 500 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. You must show a valid Driver's license with current address or Passport with current address upon requested by the property. Please contact Riverbend Homestead for more information, using the contact details found on the booking form. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that this property requires a refundable AUD 250 bond upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 3 business days of check out. Guest are required to upload a current driver's license with photo ID and address as requested.
