Skiing

The ski area of TirolWest features over 50 kilometers of well-groomed pistes, with elevations ranging from 1,200 to 2,800 meters. Notable runs include the challenging 'Schwarzsee' and the family-friendly 'Kühtai', serviced by efficient lifts like the 'Gschwandtkopf' and 'Gratbahn'.

TirolWest offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate and Beginner skiers.

How to get there

 By Air

The nearest airport to TirolWest is Innsbruck Airport, 75 minutes drive away.

St. Gallen-Altenrhein, Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Bolzano, Zurich, Salzburg and Munich airports are all within three hours drive.

TirolWest is easily accessible via Innsbruck Airport, located about 70 kilometers away. From there, consider taking a train or shuttle bus for a scenic journey to the resort.

The seven ski lifts are able to uplift 6,950 skiers and snowboarders every hour.

Snow-making is available, with 25 snow cannons.

Season Dates

When is TirolWest open?

We don't currently have confirmed season dates, but hope to soon.

Usual opening is mid December, and usual closing is Mid April.

NOTE:- Ski area, lift and piste opening is subject to Current Snow Conditions.

Aprés Ski

After a day on the slopes, unwind at the popular 'Alpenbar' for drinks or enjoy a hearty meal at 'Pizzeria Da Vinci'. For nightlife, 'Tiroler Stub'n' offers a lively atmosphere with music and dancing.
